The iPaq 514 is an impressive business phone. It is focussed on voice, but still has the ability to link direct with an Exchange server for email. Its Wi-Fi interface and built-in SIP client will enable the device to fit in with IP telephony deployments, and we also found the device light to carry and easy to use.

Pros: Light; good battery life; Wi-Fi and VoIP support

Cons: Numeric keypad not suited to heavy email use
