Star Trek: Deep Space 9 - The Fallen

For those not familiar with Star Trek: Deep space Nine, but who enjoy third-person action/adventure games, this is well worth a look. The graphics and music are cool and the storyline is gripping.

This demo version of The Fallen includes one level for each of the characters in the game - Captain Sisko, Kira and Wolf.

Your mission is to find three Red Orbs to control the destructive powers of the Pah Wraiths, an evil alien life force. You must also find survivors on a planet suffering from constant meteorite rain.

You have a number of weapons at your disposal, including your phaser - limited capability but self-recharging.

For those familiar with the Star Trek narrative, The Fallen takes place between the final episodes of season six of the TV series and the Deep Space Nine: Millennium trilogy by Judith and Garfield Reeves-Stevens (refer to Deep Space 9: Millennium, Books I, II and III).

The developers spent a lot of time and effort researching the Star Trek history to ensure accuracy and likeliness, which will be appreciated by hardcore fans.
