ISC2 makes hiring IT professionals easy

ISC2, the security qualifications body, has released a guide to hiring IT staff

ISC2, the security professional training and qualifications body that manages the CISSP qualification has released a guide for firms looking to hire IT security professionals.

“Hiring Guide to the Information Security Profession” was written by ISC2 staff, and is a free reference guide targeted at HR professionals. The guide covers typical job functions, and tips on hiring, recruiting and retaining highly qualified staff.

The guide is available in hard copy or in electronic format downloadable
from the (ISC)2 Hiring Resource Center at www.isc2.org/HRCenter.
