Eurodata Systems

Eurodata Systems’ installation of Microsoft’s intelligent application gateway technology at Essex Rivers Healthcare NHS Trust has provided radiologists with a remote service, giving them out-of-hours network access and boosting the level of service to patients.

GlassHouse Technologies

The National Library of Scotland (NLS) chose GlassHouse Technologies to improve its storage, as part of a £1.8m project. “GlassHouse’s support has been invaluable and brought our project in on time, to budget, with minimum impact on the library’s resources,” said David Dinham, IT manager at NLS.

LinuxIT Europe

During the past year, LinuxIT Europe has been enhancing its services with the launch of a range of support systems. By switching to thin-client hardware recommended by LinuxIT, Baylis Logistics saved £9,000 at each of its locations.

Luxoft

More than 80 per cent of Luxoft’s employees are educated to PhD or masters level, and the company has expanded its expertise through long-standing partnerships with leading companies. About 80 per cent of Luxoft’s business focuses on the development of mission-critical products and advanced software applications.

MessageLabs

Managed security supplier MessageLabs provides multilingual technical support 24 hours a day with named client service managers supporting all its corporate customers. MessageLabs has 15,000 clients in more than 80 countries and a client retention rate of 99 per cent.

PC World Business

PC World Business offers its remote IT management system as an outsourcing option for small businesses. The company transformed its approach to marketing and selling through the introduction of The TechGuys, an innovative and affordable support service for the small business sector.

Vanco
