Tatham resurfaces in the channel

Larger than life personality back on the channel scene after four months out the industry

Written by Sara Yirrell

Alex Tatham has emerged back on the channel scene, four months after leaving Bell Micro.

Tatham, whose roles at Bell included commercial director and head of global software, is now the new managing director of memory distributor Simms International.

He started his new role yesterday and has ambitious plans for the business.

"We are going to put some pretty aggressive growth plans in place. I started at Simms yesterday, getting to know the people and really understanding the business," Tatham told CRN.

"It is great to be back in the channel. I've really missed it and I'm very excited about working in distribution once more."
