A mid-range iSCSI storage appliance based on Gigabit Ethernet and Sata technologies. While performance is not as good as full-blown SAN kit, iSCSI is much cheaper to implement.

Pros: Excellent integration with Windows makes it easy to provision iSCSI storage to remote Windows systems.

Cons: Integration with Linux servers not as good as for Windows; uncommon tasks not easy to complete using web-based console.
