The Fritz!Box from AVM is a very flexible system with a comprehensive set of features. VoIP logging and Wi-Fi security functions are especially strong.

Pros: USB shares printers and storage; PSTN backup; well-designed user interface; easy security set-up with AVM USB sticks; Y-cable for easy installation

Cons: No USB 2.0 support; firewall features are not exposed
