NetSuite has announced integrated support for CyberSource's payment tools within its own customer relationship management solutions. The combined tools should improve e-commerce capabilities for businesses of all sizes, the firms said today.
NetSuite has integrated support for CyberSource's payment acceptance services, risk management tools, and its security tools for ensuring the integrity of payments. Zach Nelson, chief executive at NetSuite, said, "The addition of CyberSource's payment services offers efficient new global payment options for our e-commerce customers. As our customers increasingly engage the web to grow their businesses, we believe we are providing them with solutions needed to succeed in the global marketplace."
The CyberSource tools that will become available to NetSuite users include its fraud prevention services, its support for transactions involving credit cards, debit cards, and electronic cheques, and secure storage.
